About these terms

These terms cover mundhralabs.com and every Mundhra Labs app: Substrack (app.mundhralabs.com) and Postscript (postscript.mundhralabs.com). Mundhra Labs is the after-hours lab of Aditya Mundhra, based in India.

By using the site or an app, you agree to these terms. Each app has a short section below; for that app, its section adds to the general terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Early access

Our apps are in beta or early access. Features change, things sometimes break, and an app may be renamed or retired. If we retire an app, we give you notice and a way to export your data first.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older.
• One account per person. Keep your sign-in, including your Google account, secure.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.

What you add stays yours

You own what you add: your lists, your labels, your comments. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it only as needed to run the service, for example showing your comment on a guide. When you delete it, the permission ends.

Fair use

Please don't:

• Break the law or anyone's rights.
• Harass, threaten or spam anyone.
• Upload other people's private information without the right to.
• Try to break into, overload, scrape or copy our apps.
• Pretend to be someone else.

We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Comments and ratings

• Keep it kind and on topic.
• No ads, link spam, hate or personal details about others.
• Your display name and photo show next to what you post.
• A first comment may wait for a quick review. We may hide or remove comments that break these rules.

Substrack

• Totals and reminders are only as accurate as what you enter. Check amounts and dates with the provider.
• Substrack never cancels or pays anything for you. Cancelling a subscription is up to you.
• Substrack is not Substack, the newsletter platform, and is not linked to any bank or payment app.

Postscript

• Open only chats you are part of.
• Your chat includes other people's words. Think of them before you share a card, a link or a book.
• Books and cards are for personal use.
• Postscript is not made by or linked to WhatsApp or Meta.

Paid plans

Some apps may offer paid plans later. You will see the price before you pay, and you are never charged without agreeing first.

Not advice

Our guides, Small Fixes, On Record and apps share information. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Make your own decisions, and ask a professional where it matters.

Our work

The site's words, designs, code and the Mundhra Labs name and logo belong to Mundhra Labs. Share links freely, and quote short parts with credit and a link.

Other services we work with, like Google, WhatsApp and the apps you track, belong to their owners. Their own terms apply when you use them.

Our responsibility

We build with care, but the site and apps are provided as they are, without promises that they will always be available or work without errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits or missed payments. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Ending

You can stop using our apps and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, write to us first; most things get fixed by email. Any dispute goes to the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to these terms

When we change this page, we update the date at the top. For changes that matter, we tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Using our apps after that means you accept the new terms.
